My name is Peter McMahon and I want to share a personal secret with you. Today my body is healthy, lean, and fit! I am the happiest that I have ever been and doing amazing things like running marathons, spartan races, and other events that keep me fired up for LIFE!
See earlier on in my life, because of my lack of fitness and having an exact game plan. I had what some people call man boobs, ridiculously skinny legs, and a super soft upper body. Sexy right! Girls were not attracted to me, athletics were now an after thought, and I was just dreading getting up to function every day. The saying “just trying to get through the day” was the norm. HATE IT! I still can remember my so called friends pinching my soft chest, making fun of my stomach, and me not wanting to EVER take off my shirt (even at the beach or on 90 plus degree days) It’s so sad looking back! Crying in the mirror with no shirt on because I was so depressed was the norm and I became determined to transform my body, mind, and spirit.
Although it wasn’t a coach that guided me to improve, it was my best friend that I looked up to because of his athletic build, fit body, and confidence that got me laser like focused on fitness.
Now with 20 plus years of experience, I have the education, passion, experience, and overall purpose to get people what we all deserve. Not only weight loss, but a mind, body, and spirit that can attack days with passion, purpose, and a burning desire to get more out of LIFE. We all live life, lets get more out of YOU.
