Hello Impact Family and Friends,

I hope we enjoyed family time, recharging, and getting fired up for a great end of year. GO PATRIOTS! Don’t you dare give up on them Pats. BELIEVE BABY!
As we head into the final stretch of 2019. I am more fired up than ever to bring more, give more, and get you MO-results. I want to thank those of you who came out for our Thanksgiving terrible towel day. Tremendous energy, metabolic tears, and a diabolical effect that lasted throughout your Thanksgiving meal.

During my time off, I got to spend quality time with my family/friends, getting in great workouts, researching, and gearing up for an Impactful end of year. This combination always keeps my ENTHUSIASM high going into the stretch run of 2019.

Attached is the December Calendar. Please note Fitranx is kicking off in January, so we have a bit more time to PREPARE. Remember, the physical work you do in the gym, becomes the performance you gain with relationships, finances, careers, and LIFE. Be your best, bring your best, and LIVE that EXTRAordinary life you deserve. It takes work, but what doesn’t that has such an amazing outcome.

Let’s end this amazing 2019 season Impact strong! Preparation is critical this time of year, so let execute the game plan and let the results speak in the form of GREATNESS!

GREATNESS is doing all the little things well over and over and over again!

  • Get in that magic # of 3 workouts a week minimum
  • Half your body weight in oz of water! Its so easy to do, its so easy not to do!
  • Get protein every single time you eat. This will provide a thermic effect to your metabolism.
  • 7plus hours of sleep a night(TOM BRADY GOES TO BED AT 830P)
  • 6 to 10 servings of fruits and veggies. This will help to fight off free radicals and toxins in our body
  • Get your essential fats from nuts, nut butters, avocado’s, olive oil, and fish oils. Omega 3’s are a must to perform at EXTRAordinary levels
  • Feeding ops every 3 to 4 hours to keep your energy on fire!
