An initial consultation, assessment, 2 month program, and weekly follow-ups ensure you start on your journey and stay the path. A reassessment helps measure your success and develop your next stage of training.

Assisted Mobility

In order to move properly and reduce injury, we must restore joint range of motion, relieve muscular adhesions, and improve the musculoskeletal mechanics of our bodies. These aspects can be challenging to accomplish on one’s own. Human Movement offers Assisted Mobility Sessions to help improve your mobility and reduce joint and muscle pain. Techniques such as self-myofacial release (self-massage), assisted stretching, and joint capsule restoration are used by the movement coach to improve the qualities of mobility so you are able to focus on relaxing, and receive the full benefits of the techniques.

Mobility Maintenance

While Assisted Mobility is the preferred choice for making effective changes quickly, pain and injury prevention is a long-term process that can be developed through daily maintenance. Impact fitness coaches will assist you in developing an individualized pain and injury prevention program for your specific chronic injury or sports need, and teach you how to properly perform each technique on your own through a hands-on training session. Consistent follow-up assessment will ensure that your pain subsides fully, and stays away.

Sport-Specific Analysis
