Attn Runners:Here are two exercises you aren't doing that you should be doing. Frontal plane knee dominant paired with bridge to hamstring curl. Your abductors and adductors are weak, due to a tight anterior hip. Your hamstrings are altered and long because of that anterior tilt of pelvis. Put these exercises together to build a sound foundational stride with each step of your gait cycle. Ready, set, go!
